Gusforce.ai started with my own sticker shock. The first time I wanted something built, every quote came back the same way: thousands of dollars, months of waiting, and a process built around the agency instead of the idea.

The tools changed. Most of the industry's pricing didn't. A small business owner would come back from an agency with a proposal full of account managers, discovery phases, and line items that had nothing to do with the thing they actually wanted — a site that works, a portal their staff can use, a form that stops eating their afternoon.

So I built the opposite. One person, one standardized process, and AI doing the volume work that used to justify all those hours. I scope it. I review every line before it ships. I answer when you call. That's not a limitation I'm apologizing for — it's the reason nothing gets lost between a sales team and a build team.

Everything is documented as a repeatable process rather than kept in my head — the intake questions, the review checklist, the security baseline every build ships with. As this grows, anyone who joins is trained on that same system. The quality is the process, not just the person running it.

The name comes from the parent company. Green Universal Services started in security and broadened into services as the scope grew — aerial, software, and security. gusforce.com is the drone and aerial platform side of the house. gusforce.ai is where the software gets built.

Times changed, and the technology finally caught up with regular people's budgets. The efficiency I get from AI means I can build for businesses that could never justify agency prices — whether they need something simple or something complex. That's the part I love: helping people grow a business, or just get an idea out of their head and into the world.
